Refund policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.

EXCHANGES:  

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  Send us an email at info@pinkfeathersapothecary.com.  Our exchange policy lasts 14 days.  To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a photo of your damaged item(s).
